Meet Our Directors:

Founder & CEO Rolake Olagbaju brings over six years of experience in supported housing, two years in income recovery, and corporate expertise as a property accountant. 
Director Tola Idowu With over 15 years of experience in Finance spanning Media Advertising, Financial Services, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Director Bukky Omopariola With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, community support, and project management. 

🎉 Past Events & Successes

We’re proud of the impact BU Support has made so far—and we're just getting started!

Since December 2024, we’ve donated essential items to over 200 individuals and families experiencing hardship. Our goal is to match or exceed this number by the end of 2025.

We have successfully supported a resident in transitioning from supported accommodation into his first one-bedroom property—a huge milestone towards independent living.

We’ve provided tailored benefits advice and guidance, helping several residents to understand their entitlements and secure ongoing support from their local councils. For many residents navigating the benefits system for the first time, we’ve been there every step of the way—supporting them through the moving-in process, explaining housing benefit applications, and connecting them with local authority resources.
